Depending on the industry, the legislator requires you to deal intensively with the topic of information security. A number of regulations, recommendations from the supervisory authorities and various court decision must be taken into account. For companies in the financial sector, the BaFin regulations (BAIT, VAIT and KAIT) have issued rules that require you to take very specific measures.

We offer to conduct audits and gap analyses for you. Using a tool we developed ourselves, we first assess your current status in order to obtain an overview of your existing information security level. Based on the target status, we can identify and point out the gaps that still need to be closed.
For this purpose, you will receive an Excel tool that contains the questions relevant to your industry. Based on your answers (actual state) and the desirable state (target state), we generate a “progress diagram” that clearly shows you the current status. We will be happy to develop an approach for you with possible and on-going measures for correcting as well as optimizing the information security level. If you entrust us with the implementation of the project, we will take care of the creation of a project plan, the definition of corresponding work packages and their follow-up as well as regular reporting.
